As a specialized manufacturer and exporter of home textiles, we currently handle a full range of ready-made furnishings, including curtains, tablecloths, cushion covers and bedding. Equipped with fully integrated production machinery, we are capable of producing woven; clip; printed; jacquard; embroidered, and crushed fabrics. The main techniques we employ on our production lines create voile, organza, jacquard, velvet, satin, T/C and taffeta fabrics. We fashion these from various types of yarn, for instance, polyester, cotton, chenille, viscose. The sale of these products last year produced for us an annual turnover (sales revenue) that exceeded USD 8,000,000 with 100% of our products being exported. We are predicting an increase in that amount of 30% next year. Currently, our main export markets are in North and South America, and Europe. During the life of our company our investments have seen us develop a weaving factory that works alongside a sewing factory. The weaving factory covers a total area of 19,800 square meters, and is equipped with 200 sets of machines producing fabrics with widths of 150cm. Furthermore, there are a further 120 sets of machines for widths of 320cm. Annual production has remained stable at over 10,000,000 meters. We have 300 employees using approximately 250 sets of sewing machines in the sewing plant. In addition, we have employed skilled workers and professional managers to lead production and maintain a high level of quality. Capacity presently stands at 300,000 pieces per month. Closer inspection of our company will reveal that we have established many close working relationships with over 30 manufacturers. These involve all parts of our production process. With strict quality control and testing at every stage of the manufacturing process, our products can meet international customers' expectations.
